Applicants must have prior experience, love children, and be able to work afternoons and weekends. Rate of pay depends on experience.
Instructors must attend teacher training, participate in required staff meetings, instill proper classical ballet etiquette in the classroom, follow curriculum, and teach students at an age-appropriate level.

Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
The Anchorage Classical Ballet Academy is hiring a front desk receptionist/administrative assistant to be responsible for handling basic clerical tasks in our studio. We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.

You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting students and visitors, and performing other general administrative duties.
Mostly afternoon/evening shifts with the occasional weekend shift. Part-time position.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

Helping organize and maintain studio common areas.

Performing general administrative duties.

Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:

Age 16 or older.

Warm personality with strong communication skills.

Excellent phone etiquette.

Individual must possess an outgoing, positive personality.

Individual must possess and continually display professional business demeanor and excellent customer service skills.

Attention to detail.

A motivated self starter.

Ability to work well under limited supervision.
