Ballet Barre (ages 14+): Barre Fitness is a cross between a dance fitness class and a classical ballet barre. This fitness class aims to tone your body using the ballet technique. Get the ultimate Ballet Body! This class is designed for students of any dance experience level.

Monday: 7:30 - 8:30pm
Saturday: 9:00 - 10:00am

 

Beginning Teen/Adult Ballet (age 14+): These classes are for individuals age 14 and up with little or no previous ballet experience. Classes move at a moderate pace so that all participants can learn the beginning technique concepts in a relaxed and non-competitive environment. Dancing improves posture and flexibility, and is a fun and different way to exercise. Participants may choose how many classes they attend per week.

Tuesday: 6:30-7:45pm
Thursday: 6:30-7:45pm
Saturday: 9:00 - 9:40am (Stretch and Strength)

 

Intermediate/Advanced Teen/Adult Ballet (ages 13+): Advanced Level Classes are for students with multiple years dance experience and must be able to perform at the level of the class. A placement audition is required to attend classes in this level.

Friday 4:30-6:30pm (Pointe Work)
Saturday 9:00-9:40am (Stretch and Strength)
